Freight forwarding company, Allport Cargo Services has been named a finalist in a prestigious business awards initiative in London.
The Uxbridge-based company is one of 68 shortlisted for the West London Business Awards 2014, which aims to showcase the excellence and intelligence in business in the region.
Competing to be named Best Logistics Business 2014, Allport will be informed of the judges’ final decision at formal ceremony on 27 November at the Radisson Blu at Heathrow.
The company faced stiff competition to reach this stage of the awards and now takes its place alongside AirSea Packaging, Alexanders Removals and Storage and Cadogan Tate in the Logistics category.

Chamber of Commerce, which represents over 800 businesses in the West London area.
