Jigsaw - appoints ACS as its supply chain partner

Jigsaw, the contemporary fashion brand and pioneer of the British high street has chosen ACS to  manage all their freight requirements and provide LIMA our supply chain management software to manage the supply chain network. ACS will also operate Jigsaw’s global hub fulfilment with services such as: pick, pack, re-work, storage and consolidation services, together with freight services to export product to international markets.

Steve Biggs, Head of Supply Chain Transformation at Jigsaw commented: “Allport Cargo Services are a great ‘fit’ for Jigsaw as we continue to grow the brand globally, both organically and through our omni-channel proposition. We chose ACS because it’s essential that our supply chain partner is able to deliver greater visibility of inbound stock to enable us to be more agile and ultimately fulfil those global markets with increased speed and accuracy. The deployment of ACS’ LIMA visibility tool, coupled with their proactive approach to account management, will underpin our growth agenda and streamline our internal processes. This will give us the ability to make key strategic decisions across the global supply chain and the wider business.”

Clyde Buntrock, Vice President at Allport Cargo Services comments: “We provide a comprehensive service to brands who require a stable platform for their supply chain networks and who wish to drive international expansion. A key component of our continued success is our vision of creating a ‘Technology-enabled Supply ChainTM’ and, ‘Making customers’ lives simpler’. It was evident from the start that there is a strong cultural fit between Jigsaw and ACS and we are looking forward to supporting their continued growth ”
