After the success of our previous Brexit Seminars, last year and earlier this year, we are pleased to announce that we are holding a further two sessions this month to address the very latest situation in the light of the recent Council of Ministers meetings and the developing events since then (including the planned Summit of European Leaders this weekend).
We will have the very latest information on the decisions reached, the arrangements being planned to deal with these decisions and the effects that they will have on our customers
With over 150 confirmed delegates at our two seminars next week, we are delighted that HMRC will be joining us to cover as well the new Customs Declaration System (CDS).
We believe we are the first freight forwarder that HMRC has engaged with in this way, so this is a unique opportunity for our customers to gain crucial information from them.
Additionally the Cross Government Border Delivery Group will be speaking about their remit to support governmental departments and agencies in achieving the changes necessary to support a viable and effective solution to the challenges presented by the Exit from the EU (Day One), and during the transition stage that follows.
And our Group Customs and Trade Solutions Manager, Ian Moran will address the latest Brexit situation.
The meetings are being held on:
Tuesday the 27th of November – Allport Cargo Services, Cowley and
Thursday the 29th of November – Allport Cargo Services, Leeds
