    At ACS our employees are our most important assets and we provide training and development programs to help our employees improve their performance and their ability to meet the needs of our customers.  We ensure that all employees engage in an annual performance review where training needs can be identified.

  • ACS Learning Academy

    ACS’s Learning Academy  includes our training, mentoring and apprenticeship programmes.

    Learning Programme – this is where our employees have access to a whole host of training courses that are available either internally or through our preferred training suppliers.

    Mentoring Programme – this tool is used as a support to our employees in the development of their skills, abilities, knowledge and ways of thinking in order to help them manage and achieve their career goals.

    Apprenticeship Programme – entitled ‘Rising Star’ is our long term strategy to not only build and develop our talent from within but also attract new talent into the logistics / freight forwarding industry.
